How to create an account

Sign in with Google

1. Go to the Knowhiz site, and click Sign in.
2. Click Sign in with Google.
3. If you aren’t already logged in to Google, enter your Google username and password.

Sign up with email

1. Go to the Knowhiz site, and click Sign in.
2. Click Sign up here.
3. Enter your name, email address and password.
4. Click Sign up for free at the bottom.
5. Check your email and verify your email address.

Accessing Your Account

Forgot your password

1. Go to the Knowhiz site, and click Sign in.
2. Click Forgot your password?
3. Enter the email associated with your Knowhiz account.
4. Click Continue to reset the password.
5. You will get a verification code message in the email associated with your Knowhiz account.

How to log out

1. Click your username on the top right of the screen.
2. Click Sign out.

How to change your username

1. Click your username on the top right of the screen.
2. Click your email address.
3. Click edit icon under Name.
4. Enter a new username.
5. Click the check mark.

How to subscribe to Knowhiz

1. Go to the Knowhiz site and click subscription on the bottom left.
2. Click Upgrade my plan.
3. Choose your desired plan (Lite, Plus, or Premium) based on your preferences.
4. Enter your payment method and information to subscribe.

How to cancel auto-renewal

1. Go to the Knowhiz site and click subscription on the bottom left.
2. Click Manage my plan.
3. Click Got it.
4. Click Cancel Subscription.
5. Select the reason for cancellation.
6. Submit your cancellation.

How to share your flashcards

How to create flashcards

1. Go to the Knowhiz site and find the course you want to create flashcards.

Create a chapter:

1. Scroll down to the bottom of the course.
2. Click add blank chapter.
3. Enter your Chapter Title.
4. Add a blank flashcard.

Create a flashcard:

1. Click the arrow button at the bottom of a chapter you want to add a flashcard for.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the chapter.
3. Click add blank flashcard.
4. Enter the content on your flashcard.
5. Click Save.

How to create a new course

1. Go to the Knowhiz site and click add a new course.
2. Select Instant Course or Craft Course.

How to edit a flashcard

1. Go to the Knowhiz site and find the flashcard you want to edit.
2. Click the three dots on the top right corner of a flashcard.
3. Click edit and start edit.

How to delete a flashcard

1. Go to the Knowhiz site and find the flashcard you want to delete.
2. Click the three dots on the top right corner of a flashcard.
3. Click delete.

How to delete a course

1. Go to the Knowhiz site and find the flashcard you want to delete.
2. Click the three dots on the top right corner of a course.
3. Click delete.

1. Go to the Knowhiz site and move cursor to the course you want to delete.
2. Click the delete icon and confirm deletion.

How to create flashcards from links or files

1. Go to the Knowhiz site, and select Craft course.

How to import flashcards from Anki to Knowhiz

1. Go to the Knowhiz site, and select Craft course.
2. Download the flashcard set you want to study from Anki.
3. Upload apkg/colpkg file.
4. Click Start Converting.

How to use browse mode

1. Go to the Knowhiz site, and select the course you want to study.
2. Click the play button on the left side of the chapters you want to study.
3. Once you start, the browse mode will track your studying progress of how many flashcards you review.

How to use focus mode

1. Go to the Knowhiz site, and select the course you want to study.
2. Click Focus (the orange button).
3. Enter how many days (an integer larger than 1) you want to review the flashcards in the course for.
4. Click Confirm.

How to do a Quiz

1. Go to the Knowhiz site, and select the course you want to do a quiz on.
2. Click Quiz on the right-hand side of a chapter to start the quiz of this chapter.

How to do a Test

1. Go to the Knowhiz site, and select the course you want to do a test on.
2. Click Test on the top of the screen to start the test of this course.
